We all love(d) to wax poetic about legal concepts when we've had a drink or three. But by the end of the night, after you've taken the thought experiment too far and realize your bar tab is way higher than you thought it was, you get Citizen's United. Sure, corporations have some sort of personhood, no problem.  But recognizing that corporations have elements of personhood is one thing. Saying corporations have the right to put endless amount of cash into elections (when individuals who make up said corporations could do that already), thereby concentrating corporate power in a way that got us to this election is...well it's just a bridge too far, isn't it? So yeah, this one is at the top of a soon to be growing list of cases that just needs to go.
